đź“ťReminder Rules Simple Version

  1. I’ll draw your character in my style, which may differ slightly from the sample as I’m improving, but I guarantee the quality will be at least as good as the sample.

  2. Please expect some delay in replies and other matters due to the time zone difference (GMT+7).

  3. Progress Approval: Clients have about 72 hours (3 Ă— 24 hours) to approve or comment on progress updates. If no response is received, I will proceed to the next step.

  4. I am allowed to use finished artwork (watermarked) as my portfolio and post it on my SNS, if you don't want the artwork to be uploaded publicly or delayed, please inform me.

  5. Client/ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space, that include AI.

  6. I can decline your commission if I'm not comfortable or capable of doing it.

  7. ⚠️ Important: No revisions after base color approval, except for very slight color adjustments.

  8. No accepting any revisions on final art.

  9. Files: You get JPEG + watermarked version. PSD files cost extra.

  1. All prices are base rates
    (complexity character /poses may increase cost).
    Excluding the 'SURPRISE ME! PORTRAIT' service.

  3. đź’°Additional Character price = Base Price *75%

  4. Separate characters are priced individually.

  5. Additional price for; simple environment, props (weapon, chair, plant, armor detail, etc.)

  6. Overseas order through Vgen platform.

  7. All Files starts at around
    A4 or 2500 x 2500 pixels at 350 DPI.

You agree to my Terms & Information by placing an order; Please read below carefully if you’re interested !REVISIONS
Total 4x Major Revision
3x Major Revision, changeing pose, compositions, expresion, outfit etc on sketch phase. No major changes after sketch approval.
1x Minor Revision, like change color, adding small details or removing small details, etc. We can discuss minor changes, like tweaking colors or adding/removing small details, during the final preview of the completed drawing.
More than that revision will be charge.
Extra revisions cost $10
Excluding the 'SURPRISE ME! PORTRAIT' service type.PAYMENTS & PROCESS
Option:
• Upfront payment, please only pay in full after I notify you that your slot is ready. (Do not send payment while still waiting in the queue.)
• 50% down payment first, then the remaining 50% after the sketch is approved.
Important!
If you choose the down payment option, please complete the final payment within 72 hours (3 Ă— 24 hours) after sketch approval.
No refunds will be issued for late payments. Your commissions slot will be moved to the end of the queue until payment is completed, or The commissions will be canceled and left unfinished.Excluding the 'SURPRISE ME! PORTRAIT' service & YCH, you need to pay upfront.REFUNDS POLICY
Full refund only if I have not started your commission (applies to upfront payments).
Partial refund available if I have not made progress 90 days after your turn in line.

Estimation work time;
2 to 12 weeks or approximately 14 to 90 days, depending on the character’s complexity and the queue list. I will deliver your order once it’s your turn in the queue. If any revisions are needed (excluding revision time), please provide clear directions or references, and specify any revision requests as clearly as possible.I prefer no rush deadline but if you're in a hurry, just know there might be a little extra charge, depending on how much work it takes.USE

You can't sell my artwork.

It's totally your character if it's an original, but just so you know, I hold the rights to the artwork as the creator. So please don't claim that you made/drew the commissions, including altering the artwork by edit/trace the piece. And as for fan arts, I'll draw them as long as it doesn't violate the franchise's copyright.If the client requests fanart of characters from IPs they do not own (e.g., existing characters), they are solely responsible for how the commissioned work is used. The artist assumes no responsibility for any DMCA claims arising from the use of copyrighted characters.
